The customer service was amazing Matt Peck the Sales rep constantly updated me through out the whole process and made sure everything run smoothly and the car reveal at the end was very special I loved the whole experience.

I'd mixed my dates up and arrived a day early for collection. The team sprung into action and loaned me a car to save me having to get the train back. Nothing was a problem and Andy the manager went the extra mile too. Great customer service.

staff at reception were polite but uncommittted to resolve my problem and to date, rather unhelpful. Communication has been unnecessarily delayed. I paid for a key I still have not received. I asked if I might get the money back. Still awaiting reply

The quality and services of this branch are not satisfying. The sales representative was rude and not engaging. He was not available to answer my calls. He was also not able to answer technical questions adequately.

In a way, this is not a criticism of Stephen James but BMW. Our windscreen washers failed and the car is under warrenty. It appears that you have a formula in your own screenwash which almost ensures the filter will block with a standard formula.

I asked for a screenwash to be refilled waited for another hour and still not refilled. The gentleman did say it was done as a standard. We it wasn't true. But that's OK not a big issue.

Only look to rip off the customer offering a fix that may reocure bacause of another fault. Also trying to blame 24800 error which is actually a worning based on milage no actual fault to cause problem which occurred at their garage.

Really poor service and the car was sent back not washed after all the issues we had to ensure the work authorised had been carried out and having to deal with the rude unacceptable behaviour of the engineer Niran Manoharan and a bill of over £500 !

The dealership local so not too far to get to without a car. However the experience isn't great. They offered to wash my car after the service was complete and they didn't. Also they gave me the wrong car back, a mix up due to my name.
