Peter went the extra mile, My car was delivered to me from above, it came down on a lift and was covered in a black cloth and a big red bow on it, i was totally blown away as I was not expecting anything like this.

Service expensive, day after service windscreen wash frozen risking cracking of container and no screen wash available. Expected better. Slow to answer phone calls when calling for updates in car.

Excellent service overall, with two little suggestions - (1) service advisor pro-actively shares his contacts / sends a note one can follow up on and (2) for hybrid vehicles, ensuring there is 15-20 miles of charge when the vehicle is handed back

The one thing I would like to feedback is the cleaning to my vehicle, once the MOT had been completed. I am of the mind that if I look after my car, my car would look after me. The water marks on my windows was not good.
