Sales executive Lewis McFarland was patient, listened and knowledgeable. I felt he was there to meet my needs and did his best to make sure they were met. He took the time to help set up App and to explain the working of the car. He is a credit toBMW

Akieran was very helpful in our decision making at a time when we needed to purchase a car relatively quickly . As we could wait for a completely bespoke vehicle to be built he found us a very near match available in half the time.!

Your service centre made me wait when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. You make it suck a dramatic performance both for no reason. Why can I not just give the key to one of your staff and then just simply pick it up when I arrive there?
