After a recall service the car pulled strongly to the right, making it dangerous to drive. After a second service the steering wheel had noticeable friction. It is now being serviced again (third time), meaning I was given an unsafe car twice.

My issue with Hedin relate to buying a Used Approved i3, not a service issue (in the sense of maintenance). The car was sold to me with defects and it took a lot of my time to get Hedin to acknowledge that fact and put the matter right.
