The one thing I would like to feedback is the cleaning to my vehicle, once the MOT had been completed. I am of the mind that if I look after my car, my car would look after me. The water marks on my windows was not good.

Stated problem not resolved. I was promised that I could discuss the problem and demonstrate it in test drive when I collect my car back however this didn't happen as there was no technical staff available during the time

I was not happy with the work organisation and information provided. The dealership apologised and discounted £50 but I felt that there is a lack of work organisation and coordination. Having no engineer available to test a pump is not credible.

The usual brilliant service (this time from Tyler) with my MOT completed on time while I waited, as promised. Even better, your Technician discovered a screw embedded in a tyre; not punctured, but if not spotted, I'd have been stranded with a flat!

Clearly an unusual and challenging repair. The team in Woolwich led by Paul Dawes attempted this repair finally calling upon Ed Benson as master technician. In addition a future component replacement was spotted and captured as under warranty.

Regardless of if there was in fact an issue with the phone a mobile could have been used or maybe the working reception phone less than 3 meters from their desk. A customer shouldn't chase and the phone issue was surely know about during the day
