Well organised- didn't have to wait too long and had access to free coffee whilst I waited. Staff explained what the procedure was which helps. After the repair, my car was handed back after a valet and a detailed invoice and a service check.

I was very disappointed with the service experience. I brought my car in for a routine service with no indicator fault, yet I was subsequently told a fault had developed while the vehicle was in BMW's possession.I was then charged over £400 to fix it

Received a car wash after having my oil changed. Not happy about the attention to detail. My windows looked filthy. It looks like a dirty cloth was used on my windows. Called to provide feedback. No return call. Cleaned my windows on my return.

£650 to find a fault it took a former BMW technician 5 minutes to find. Then quoted £500 plus on top of the diagnostics fee to fix it which involved replacing a belt under the alternator!

I called the service centre after picking up my car to ask if I could have the VHC report emailed to me as it wasn't given in person. I was told the advisor who I was dealing with will give me a call back but it's been a week and so far no call.

Extremely poor communication from service team who promised to keep me informed about the progress on the safety recall but did not call me once. Tried to charge me for the courtesy car after I returned it but had not mentioned the charge at pick up

Because mistakenly they didn't call me and people after me ware called before me and I was waiting extra 50 min unnecessary and I missed my important meeting! It's really unprofessional and time wasting and after diagnostic they didn't properly check

I paid over £600 for a major service on my car. However, upon returning home, i discovered the mileage was incorrectly recorded on the idrive update. I reached out to the centre twice for this to be rectified remotely but nothing has been done.

Hedin is the best place to look after your BMW and Mini. They've got able assistants and engineers diagnosing and making your good on the road and there's also easy access and would not swap Hedin Automotive for none other.

Got to woolwich high St computer in the car showed all tyres low. Had to go back for this to be fixed. Paid for touch up paint was told would be in last week. Phoned today 12 days later told not ordered will be in tomorrow morning.

So far as the service went (including communications, friendliness and such like) I would give FIVE stars. Very good, helpful contact with staff. The only reason for 4 stars is that the BMW app still shows that a vehicle inspection report is needed.
