Sales executive Lewis McFarland was patient, listened and knowledgeable. I felt he was there to meet my needs and did his best to make sure they were met. He took the time to help set up App and to explain the working of the car. He is a credit toBMW

I was expecting my car to be washed and cleaned from inside. But there were water marks on the door, the boot space was untouched with grass all over. I had to wait 30 mins after appointment. I pay a premium cost and come to BMW for A1 service.
