This is my observation but my car was not well cleaned as they used to clean it.

Didn't properly diagnose the fault, said possibly NSR or NSF bearings, carried it to another garage who immediately identified it was the rear differential.. All the bearings on the car were fine, paid £198.00 for a full check??

They never checked the tyre pressure and when I got the car back I had to inflate 2 of the tyres and they were under the recommended pressure and the warning light came on

The centre do not return calls period. The service manager and the overall manager of the centre have not returned calls at all and delegate it entirely to junior staff. The quality of workmanship and inspection on vehicles is sub-par.

The person who handled my booking at the office was very welcoming, understanding and respectful. What I was least impressed about was the technician who worked on my car disconnected my inbuilt camera and did not plug it back into the socket below

Really great service, only issue is that I received health check video after I was told car was ready. The health check video said that spring pad is distorted and recommended this was replaced. I should of had this before picking up!

Although i brought the car in for a free recall and left with a £1000 bill for additional things, i felt truly in control, everything was explained thoroughly and the car i drove out of there was completely different to the one i brought in. Super.

Long wait cleaning not done to any reasonable standard Came for MOT but agreed to have Pre MOT maintenance check to ensure clean MOT success. Got Pass with defects (minor defect) Headlight lens slightly defective Nearside.Solution not given

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I took my car to the centre for a wheel alignment and explained to the service adviser that the rear wheels also needed alignment. I showed him the alignment report previously completed by Kwik Fit

Well organised- didn't have to wait too long and had access to free coffee whilst I waited. Staff explained what the procedure was which helps. After the repair, my car was handed back after a valet and a detailed invoice and a service check.

£650 to find a fault it took a former BMW technician 5 minutes to find. Then quoted £500 plus on top of the diagnostics fee to fix it which involved replacing a belt under the alternator!

I paid over £600 for a major service on my car. However, upon returning home, i discovered the mileage was incorrectly recorded on the idrive update. I reached out to the centre twice for this to be rectified remotely but nothing has been done.

Got to woolwich high St computer in the car showed all tyres low. Had to go back for this to be fixed. Paid for touch up paint was told would be in last week. Phoned today 12 days later told not ordered will be in tomorrow morning.

So far as the service went (including communications, friendliness and such like) I would give FIVE stars. Very good, helpful contact with staff. The only reason for 4 stars is that the BMW app still shows that a vehicle inspection report is needed.
