I'd mixed my dates up and arrived a day early for collection. The team sprung into action and loaned me a car to save me having to get the train back. Nothing was a problem and Andy the manager went the extra mile too. Great customer service.

In a way, this is not a criticism of Stephen James but BMW. Our windscreen washers failed and the car is under warrenty. It appears that you have a formula in your own screenwash which almost ensures the filter will block with a standard formula.

Only look to rip off the customer offering a fix that may reocure bacause of another fault. Also trying to blame 24800 error which is actually a worning based on milage no actual fault to cause problem which occurred at their garage.

I asked for a screenwash to be refilled waited for another hour and still not refilled. The gentleman did say it was done as a standard. We it wasn't true. But that's OK not a big issue.

Really poor service and the car was sent back not washed after all the issues we had to ensure the work authorised had been carried out and having to deal with the rude unacceptable behaviour of the engineer Niran Manoharan and a bill of over £500 !

The dealership local so not too far to get to without a car. However the experience isn't great. They offered to wash my car after the service was complete and they didn't. Also they gave me the wrong car back, a mix up due to my name.

Telephone access is poor ... slow / lots of waiting ... service managers do not call you back even when they say they will. Needs better client interface. Had to go back to get windscreen wiper refitted - such a hassle but saved by a helpful mechanic

Worst service ever by Tanvir who told me my car was done by 2:30 but when I arrived at 4:45 with my little kid from school, he kept me waiting until 6pm before he handed over the car to me. Many people came after me but they were served before me.
